WORST FRIENDS follows the journey of two lifelong companions who must reassess their relationship in adulthood. After Jake (played by Richard Tanne) suffers injuries in a car crash, his childhood friend Sam (portrayed by Noah Barrow) is the only one who steps up to care for him. With the support of a no-nonsense physical therapist (Cody Horn), Sam assists Jake in his recovery. However, the reappearance of Sam’s former high school crush (Kristen Connolly) stirs up past behaviors and unresolved tensions, putting their friendship at risk.
