Neck lives a subdued life, completely under the control of his wife. With his coworkers away, he is left to manage the company responsible for organizing the highway. When a lively and attractive blonde named Clementine, who is an agent, kidnaps him and takes him to Warsaw, Neck unexpectedly becomes a celebrity. In an effort to save him, his friend Phicol and his jealous wife Jadźka set out on a rescue mission.
