When World War I erupts, farm lads Billy (Josh Davis) and Jack Kelly (Mathew John Davis), together with their cousin Paddy (Lachie Hume), enlist and are deployed to Europe. Billy, an expert marksman, quickly establishes the group as an effective sniper team, taking down German and Turkish soldiers with remarkable efficiency. Their actions earn them hero status, but trouble brews back home as a group of cattle rustlers targets the family farm, suggesting that the violence will continue even after the war concludes.
