A group of good-looking young individuals suddenly find themselves trapped in an enigmatic house with no way out. Each of them is equipped with electronic gadgets attached to the back of their heads. A message on a TV screen informs them of their mission: to gain freedom, they must inflict pain on themselves and one another. The devices gather the brain’s pain-induced chemicals, and once a certain quantity is collected, the doors will unlock. If they don’t succeed within the given timeframe, they all face death.
