Lidia Muñoz, a retiree residing in Barcelona since 1978, was compelled to flee Argentina during the military dictatorship that attempted to abduct and vanish her. Pregnant with her sole daughter, Valeria, she successfully sought refuge in Spain. Four decades later, she is called upon by the Argentine Ministry of Justice to provide testimony in the trial concerning the abduction and disappearance of Oscar Medina, her then-boyfriend and Valeria’s father.
