The narrative centers on two isolated educators, Song and Ann, who are assigned to teach at the same remote school in the Chiang Mai region, albeit a year apart. Ann, the first to arrive, begins documenting her experiences in a diary as she navigates life in the countryside. When she is reassigned to a different school, she inadvertently leaves the diary behind. Song, who arrives as her replacement, discovers the diary and becomes enamored with its unknown author. He adds his own reflections to the diary before he too departs. Upon Ann’s return, she finds the new entries and falls for the mysterious contributor, but now faces the challenge of finding him. Will their paths ever cross?
