In the quaint Pororo Village, a curious penguin named Pororo and his companions inadvertently cause an airplane to make an emergency landing. Aboard the plane are turtles en route to Northpia, tasked with delivering ice sleds, or racing ice cars. Mistakenly believing the turtles to be racers, Pororo and his friends receive some racing lessons and are inspired by the turtles’ competitive spirit. Motivated, Pororo and his friends decide to accompany the turtles to Northpia to join the race. Upon reaching the stunningly icy Northpia, Pororo and his friends unexpectedly become leading contenders, surpassing the polar bears and advancing to the finals. However, they soon face a more challenging course and encounter their toughest rival yet.
