After his brother’s death, Mark, an officer with the LAPD, departs the city to go back to his childhood island home. Driven by a quest for answers and a thirst for revenge, he quickly becomes embroiled in a violent confrontation with the unscrupulous magnate who now controls the once-idyllic island.
