After witnessing the heartbreaking death of her boyfriend in combat, young soldier Kate (Zara Phythian) returns from her deployment in Afghanistan. Seeking solace, she joins her friends, including Torri (Barbara Nedeljacova), on a camping trip to a scenic and secluded part of the British countryside. The group hopes to leave their past behind as they venture into the woods for a tranquil escape. As they approach Sunset Point, they encounter a mysterious group of locals who appear to be living off the grid. Along the way, they also meet a trio of charismatic rock-climbers, led by Ethan (Ben Loyd Holmes). However, their peaceful retreat takes a turn when Charlie (Jemma Bolt) suddenly disappears, leaving the group vulnerable in the perilous forest. As night falls, the friends must depend on each other and their newfound allies to locate Charlie before their adventure turns into a fight for survival.
