Based on a popular webtoon, this film follows a woman who sacrifices her organs as collateral to exact vengeance on the serial killer responsible for her family’s murder. After witnessing the brutal loss of her loved ones, Eun-ah devises a plan to take down the murderer. She attracts individuals in need of organ transplants by promising them her organs, but only after she has avenged her family.
