Apulo, an extraterrestrial resembling a cat with the power to control human emotions, teams up with Latell as part of the Division of Space Piracy (DSP). Their approach to resolving DSP cases is notably chaotic. Together, they are on a mission to thwart the space pirate Youmei, who intends to misuse Computer Aided Thinking for his sinister objectives.
