
Jang-bu was just an average boy, except for his unique ability to perceive everything in slow motion. Teased by his peers who nicknamed him “monster eyes,” he chose to stay indoors, finding solace only in television. As time went on, Jang-bu matured and found employment at a CCTV control center, a perfect fit for his abilities. Observing people’s lives through the cameras, he felt a connection to the everyday experiences he had missed out on. This job gradually opened his heart to the world, allowing him to form friendships beyond the confines of the control room. With the support of his newfound friends, Jang-bu gained a sense of self and finally mustered the courage to propose to a girl he had long admired through the CCTV footage.
