A group of five second-grade students, known as the “Stinkers” by their strict school principal, Brinway, due to their disregard for his rules, embark on a class trip to an aquarium. During the visit, they become concerned about the well-being of a sea lion named Slappy and decide to “rescue” him. They take Slappy and place him in Principal Brinway’s hot tub.
