Individuals from small towns all over the United States are selected and trained to take part in a drag performance that happens for just one night. In every episode, past contestants from RuPaul’s Drag Race—Bob the Drag Queen, Eureka O’Hara, and Shangela Laquifa Wadley—assist in getting their “drag daughters” ready by encouraging them to push beyond their usual boundaries.
