In this genre-defying comedy, we follow Aunt Bernie, a timid woman from a working-class background who meets a tragic end during a home invasion. Driven by an overwhelming sense of unfulfillment, she returns from the grave, fueled by anger and a desire to claim the life she missed out on. Upon her return, she imposes a series of demands on her family, who reside in a dilapidated, government-subsidized housing complex known as Sea Oak.
