Two skilled culinary artists compete against one another for the opportunity to defeat Bobby Flay. Before they can challenge Bobby, they must first battle each other by crafting an impressive dish featuring a mystery ingredient selected by Bobby himself. Judges Alex Guarnaschelli and Jeff Mauro, well-versed in Bobby’s strengths and vulnerabilities, aim to select the chef most capable of outshining Bobby in his own domain. The victorious chef earns the right to confront Bobby with their unexpected signature creation. Should Bobby be bested, the winner can proudly proclaim, “I beat Bobby Flay!”
