Seventeen years back, beings with immortality emerged on African battlefields. Eventually, these rare and mysterious immortal entities started to surface among humans and were labeled as “Ajin” or demi-humans. As summer break approached, a Japanese high school student met an untimely death in a traffic accident while returning home from school. To everyone’s astonishment, he came back to life, leading to a bounty being placed on him. This marks the beginning of the boy’s journey as he flees from the rest of humanity.
