Vele is unable to purchase the costly drugs needed for his father’s cancer treatment. In a moment of desperation, he takes marijuana from a group of criminals, bakes it into a cake, and gives it to his father in the hope of alleviating his pain. Remarkably, his father’s condition starts to improve. However, Vele soon faces pressure from neighbors eager to learn the secret of the “healing” cake and from the criminals who are determined to reclaim their stolen drugs.
