Years have passed since the events of the original film, and David Herdeg, who survived the Philadelphia Experiment, is now married to Allison, the woman he fell for back in 1984. Together, they have a child. David wakes up in distress to find himself in an altered reality where Germany emerged victorious in World War II, and the United States is on the brink of commemorating half a century under Nazi rule.
