When the daughter of seasoned 911 operator Pamela and her estranged spouse Jeremy, a high-ranking police officer, is abducted and taken hostage, they find themselves in a dire situation. They are forced to comply with the kidnapper’s demands: relay messages through dispatch to send all police and fire units to distant parts of the city, where they encounter chaos.
