Zach (Gutierrez), a wealthy young man, is compelled to secure and maintain employment after a significant mishap with a business he founded. He lands a job under Evelyn, who turns out to be a nightmare of a boss. Over time, Zach begins to understand her true nature. On the other hand, Evelyn (Rivera) is a strict and no-nonsense Brand Manager who brings on an assistant Brand Manager. After her boyfriend breaks up with her, Evelyn turns to Zach for solace, revealing a different side of him. As they spend more time together and their interactions grow more personal, they start questioning the authenticity of their feelings for one another. However, the company prohibits romantic relationships between supervisors and their subordinates, complicating matters when an unexpected office romance blossoms between them.
