Former Special Forces member Doc Alexander is tasked with secretly negotiating a peace agreement with a Mexican drug cartel. However, when Oklahoma Governor Richard Jeffs publicly rejoices over the execution of a senior cartel figure, his Chief of Staff and Doc reveal to him that his actions have disrupted the fragile peace. Unfortunately, the damage is done, and Cuco, the cartel’s enforcer, is now targeting Doc’s daughter, Dixie, for revenge.
