In Koichi Prefecture, the local hospitality sector struggles to showcase the region’s stunning natural beauty due to stringent governmental regulations. Kyosuke Yoshikado, a well-known author and native of the Koichi area, is appointed as a special tourism ambassador. He is advised to connect with Seien, a former Koichi Prefecture employee who once proposed an unconventional tourism initiative. Seien had advocated for bringing pandas to the region, a move that ultimately cost him his job. Meanwhile, hospitality division staff members Fumitaka and Taki visit a guesthouse managed by Seien and his daughter. Upon their arrival, the daughter douses them with a bucket of water, still resentful over her father’s dismissal. This encounter sparks a new strategy for the hospitality division.
