Pablo, a doctor serving in the Spanish army, is deployed on a peacekeeping mission to Iraq amidst the 2003 conflict. During a routine operation, his convoy is ambushed in the desert. He and his companion Diego find shelter in an abandoned house, but soon find themselves caught in a perilous situation that threatens their survival.
