Jian (Ken Zheng), a counter-terrorism operative, utilizes his martial arts prowess and clairvoyant abilities to capture the world’s most dangerous criminals. This solitary figure is unexpectedly drawn to Los Angeles after learning about a conspiracy linked to his brother’s supposed suicide. Reluctantly teaming up with LAPD detectives Abby (Madeline Zima), Carl (Tony Todd), and Captain Duke (Keith David), the unlikely team delves into the investigation. Together, Jian and Abby confront a tech-savvy villain (Sean Patrick Flanery) who aims to harness the brothers’ unique talents for his own ambitions.
