Hodja is a young man with big dreams of exploring the world, but his father wants him to remain at home and inherit the family tailoring business. Luckily, Hodja encounters El Faza, an elderly rug seller, who provides him with a magical flying carpet. In return, Hodja must bring back El Faza’s young granddaughter, Diamond, to their hometown of Pjort. El Faza is unable to make the journey to the Sultan’s city himself because the powerful ruler has sentenced him to death for allegedly stealing the Sultan’s carpet. However, city life proves to be more challenging than Hodja anticipated, and he manages to get by with the help of Emerald, a resourceful and savvy girl from the streets. When the ambitious sultan seizes Hodja’s carpet, his situation becomes dire. Can Hodja fulfill his quest, locate El Faza’s granddaughter, and make it back to Pjort in one piece?
