In the year 1983, Dick, a desperate addict, is unexpectedly confronted by a figure from his past—his extremely unsavory ex-cellmate, Bug. Bug needs a quick update on the changes of the 80s, including new music, new drugs, and the advent of ATMs. This last innovation sparks an idea in Dick’s mind.
