Saya Toma, portrayed by Erika Toda, is a brilliant detective with an IQ of 201. Her partner, Takeru Sebumi, played by Ryo Kase, is an experienced detective with an impressive career history. Together, they tackle cases by hypothesizing the unique abilities, or “SPEC,” of mysterious criminals and then deducing these unknown traits to apprehend them. A perplexing situation arises when several bodies are discovered on a ship at sea. Saya Toma and Takeru Sebumi from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department are called upon to unravel the mystery.
