A band of teenagers embarks on a nighttime hayride and stumbles upon the burial site of a man. Unbeknownst to them, this man has risen as a zombie. As the night progresses, the living begin to succumb one by one, transforming into zombies themselves. Soon, the area is overrun with the undead, and the pressing question becomes: who will put an end to this menace?
