The movie centers on Claire, a compassionate individual who dislikes the constant need to uphold the law, and Jay, a frustrated Traffic Officer who finds his job to be an ideal way to channel his anger. Both characters, driven by feelings of despair and isolation, cross paths and embark on a stormy relationship.
