“AmeriQua” follows the journey of Charlie (Bobby Kennedy), a recent college graduate who is forced to embrace independence and responsibility after his wealthy parents cut him off, leaving him with just $5000. Instead of settling down, Charlie opts for adventure by purchasing a ticket to Italy. Upon his arrival, he is robbed and eventually finds himself in Bologna, where he is taken under the wing of his new acquaintance, Lele (Lele Gabellone), who dubs himself the King of Bologna. Lele shares his home with Ballo (Gianlucca Bazzoli), a scruffy punk, and Il Pisa (Giuseppe Sanfelice), who is known for his frequent visits to prostitutes. In Bologna, Lele introduces Charlie to the art of charming Italian women, hosting wild parties, and stirring up chaos. Charlie quickly adapts to this lifestyle, and along the way, he encounters the alluring Valentina (Alessandra Mastronardi) and the quintessentially American Jessica (Eva Amurri).
