A couple with deep roots in the historic town of Bethany Beach, Delware, decides to buy a classic beach cottage a block away from the water. While the location is perfect, the interior of the home has structural flaws and an awkward layout unfit for the former ship captain and his wife. It’s up to Marnie and her team to ensure that the character of the beach cottage remains intact as she incorporates a maritime feel into this beach paradise.
