A team of attractive casino dealers bands together to help a colleague’s ailing child. Their unprincipled employer, played by Michael Madsen, not only declines to involve the insurance company but also backs out of a commitment to assist in raising the necessary funds. With no other choice, the women devise a plan to steal from their own casino. However, they soon discover that one member of their group is hiding his real identity, and his actual motives are revealed only on the night of the heist.
