Max, an actor facing challenges in South Africa, travels to Sydney, Australia, for a pivotal audition. Upon his arrival, his situation takes a turn for the worse when his girlfriend, Sallie, vanishes. Dissatisfied with the police’s slow response, Max takes matters into his own hands, embarking on a frantic quest to locate Sallie. He is joined by his childhood friend, Richard, as they both confront external obstacles and personal limits in their urgent mission to find her.
