A group of four inept criminals come up with a plan that is either brilliantly clever or incredibly foolish: they transform a minibus to look like a police van in order to hijack trucks crossing the border, which are transporting human corpses filled with cash. Their scheme unfolds one night in the New Territories, leading to eerie and lethal confrontations, including a run-in with another counterfeit police vehicle. This identical van is operated by murderous gangsters who are also targeting the same cash-stuffed bodies.
