In the bustling town of Copper Canyon, residents are eagerly taking advantage of a booming housing market, with the local country club abuzz with talk of lucrative investments. Once a lively pair, Roger (Vincent D’Onofrio) and Georgie (Kyra Sedgwick) have slipped into a mundane routine, with their marriage deteriorating and their children growing distant. Despite her dissatisfaction, Georgie urges Roger to find a way to invest in the housing bubble, hoping the potential profits will rescue their family. When Pat (Rhys Coiro), a local tennis coach and occasional drug dealer, seeks Roger’s investment guidance, Roger sees a chance to turn things around.
