Yan Jian, a young IT engineer from China, volunteers to travel to North Africa to assist his company in securing a victory in a crucial competition. The prize grants the winner control over communication between the southern and northern regions. Meanwhile, Michael, a French spy working for Western interests, is tasked by his superior to also head to North Africa to win the same competition, aiming to gain control over Africa’s vast mineral wealth. To achieve this, Michael enlists the help of Africa’s top mercenary, Lauder, and a former general named Kabbah. Yan uncovers their plot and realizes he is the only one capable of thwarting their plans.
