When a college student observes what appears to be her roommate’s suicide, it triggers a chain of terrifying occurrences that lead her to dread a supernatural presence. As she attempts to persuade her fellow dorm residents of the Boogeyman’s existence, the malevolent force gains power, and her friends start to suffer the consequences. She must now thwart this formidable evil before it engulfs the entire campus.
