Photographer Stephanie has recently finished another phase of treatment for her ongoing battle with anorexia and is striving to rebuild her relationship with her family. Her mother, Susan, is supportive but distracted by her upcoming marriage to Annette. Meanwhile, Stephanie’s teenage daughter, Pearl, a dedicated swimmer, appears determined to deny her mother a fresh start. Stephanie will need to muster all her strength to overcome these challenges.
