A group of troubled adolescents enrolled in a rehabilitation bootcamp program find themselves facing a band of terrorists intent on attacking a secluded nuclear power facility. Isolated in a remote location without any skills or means to contact the outside world, these teens realize they are the sole hope in preventing a nuclear disaster.
