In the Kosovo of the 1990s, young Nori is forced to mature quickly following the untimely death of his mother and subsequent abandonment by his father, Gezim. After a perilous and adventurous journey, Nori reaches Germany and reunites with Gezim, struggling to comprehend how his father could have deserted him. However, their prospects of remaining in Germany are grim as Gezim’s asylum request is denied.
