Naoki, a less successful host at the Akegarasu club in Shinagawa, Tokyo, is nearing the deadline to repay his debt. He has managed to gather 10 million yen for this purpose. To mark the occasion, he celebrates with his colleagues. However, upon waking the following night, he discovers the money has vanished. When he questions his coworkers about the missing funds, they all deny any knowledge of it. Naoki begins to doubt whether he ever had the 10 million yen in the first place. With the threat of being cast into Tokyo Bay looming over him, Naoki finds himself unable to trust anyone.
