As the number of missing persons escalates, investigative journalist Hamish MacDonald criticizes the police for their ineptitude in his sensational articles. When his fiancée falls into the clutches of the cannibalistic family, Hamish embarks on a perilous solo investigation, unaware of a critical piece of information that could unravel the case.
