Jules has recently come into possession of a charming Christmas tree farm left to her by her grandmother. This seems like a stroke of luck, as she intends to sell the property and use the proceeds to purchase her ideal home in the city. Although the farm requires some tidying up, Jules is naturally skilled at renovations and plans to have it ready for potential buyers before Christmas. However, as she spends more time on the farm and discovers the significance of Christmas Land to numerous families, she begins to reconsider her decision to sell. When a seemingly ideal buyer reveals hidden intentions for the farm, Jules is compelled to do everything in her power to preserve Christmas Land.
