Thomas Carter, a sincere life coach and author, finds himself inexplicably kidnapped by Angel Sanchez, an unhinged client. Angel becomes obsessed with Thomas’ philosophies, particularly his spiritual insights on Karma—action and reaction (Vipaka)—and turns these teachings against him. Angel uses them as a tool to torment Thomas and his family, seeking retribution for their previous wrongdoings.
