David Morales, portrayed by Mario Lopez, is a high school principal in Arizona and a single father who has become disenchanted with the holiday season after the passing of his wife a few years ago during Christmas. To escape the festivities, he takes on a side job as a delivery driver during the holidays. However, this year, his 14-year-old daughter, Noel, played by Paulina Chavez, and his sister Marissa, played by Marycarmen Lopez, are on a mission to rekindle the Christmas spirit within the family. They also hope to help David find love again through online dating. When Sophie, a charming musician and one of David’s delivery customers, played by AnnaLynne McCord, shows interest in him, a special connection begins to form.
