Five college friends decide to take a side trip on their way to their spring break destination. They find themselves in the isolated mountain town of Blueridge, where Karen (Marina Resa) suspects her older sister vanished two years earlier. After some strange interactions with the townspeople, Karen and her friends choose to resume their journey, but an unexpected car breakdown leaves them stuck. They seek shelter at a local motel and soon realize that in Blueridge, people going missing is a common occurrence. One by one, they start to vanish until they make the horrifying discovery that the local BBQ Rib Restaurant might be serving something far more sinister than expected.
