Imagine a voracious entity that thrives on blood, revels in suffering, and extends its reach from beyond the grave to haunt both the living and the deceased. Haunted by a deep-seated guilt since childhood, the skeptical Aiden Chase embarks on a journey to a Haitian mental institution in search of his missing brother. Upon his arrival, he finds that all the patients and the hospital’s administrator (played by Danny Trejo, known for Machete) appear to be under the control of a vicious voodoo spirit. Aiden must now forsake reality and plunge into a horrifying spiritual realm to attempt to save his brother—or risk eternal damnation for them both.
