In Bucharest, Allison is safeguarding a mysterious bible known as “The Prophet Lexicon,” which contains a final chapter on the apocalypse, titled Revelations, that reveals the Antichrist’s name on its last page. At the same time, Stark, the malevolent and envious leader of the rogue angels called Thrones, coerces the assassin Dylan into attempting to kill Allison to obtain the Antichrist’s identity. However, Dylan inexplicably finds himself drawn to Allison and decides to defend her from the Thrones. Seeking assistance, Allison turns to John Reigart, but Satan informs her that he is eager for the apocalypse to claim millions of souls for Hell. Feeling isolated and betrayed, Allison uncovers the truth about her origins while continuing to protect the Lexicon.
