“House of Anubis” is a mystery TV series produced collaboratively by Nickelodeon in the UK, US, and Belgium, inspired by the Dutch-Belgian show “Het Huis Anubis” that aired in those countries. Created by Hans Bourlon and Gert Verhulst, it debuted on Nickelodeon in the US on January 1, 2011, and in the UK on February 25, 2011. This series marks Nickelodeon’s first venture into filming abroad, as well as its inaugural soap opera designed for a young audience. Starting February 25, it began airing on TeenNick. The show wrapped up its third season, and as of September 28, 2013, Nickelodeon has not confirmed a fourth season.
